A Film school and a community Visual Arts library project centred around reducing antisocial crime among young offenders in Borehamwood through creative, technological and practical re-skilling programmes.

A bath house located in Stanborough Park adjacent to the lake, aimed at alleviating symptoms of depressive episodes in order to tackle high levels of depression among people in the Stanborough area. A repository of water with a symbolic bathing ritual.

A canopy project located at the entry to the University of Hertfordshire College Lane LRC focusing on re-activating the currently neglected space.
